Once we got an understanding of what we needed and came to terms with the corresponding cost, he further helped us re-optimize our search zones and from there we quickly found a home that we loved and Tony efficiently navigated the purchase process and we closed without a bidding war in this highly competitive market in Sammamish WA! </em></p>
