We had originally thought that we would have to sell the property at a considerable loss, after we failed to sell it using the previous agent. However, Tony planning and strategy helped us sell it for $40k above the asking price!
Tony is hands down the best agent we have ever come across and we feel very fortunate that we found him to sell our property.
