I will educate you about the current market conditions, discuss the Purchase and Sale Contracts and go over exactly what to expect during the buying process. This meeting will help you to make more informed decisions regarding your home purchase.
I will help you obtain a Pre-Approved loan from Mortgage Partner or the lender of your choice. This is a critical step and can make the difference from getting the home of your dreams at the best price or not getting it at all! I will work with the lender to make the process go as smooth as possible.

To assist me in finding your home, I need to know what important items you are looking for in a home. I have a few questions to help you determine what is most important to you.
WE CAN HELP YOU BUY ANY HOME
By working with me, you will have access to information on all homes currently listed for sale in the area. I can help you buy a home, no matter how or where you find it.
- Homes advertised in the newspaper.
- Homes identified by a “For Sale” sign in the front yard.
- Homes found during an open house tour.
- Homes listed for sale by another agent or real estate company.
- Homes offered “For Sale By Owner”
- Homes you’ve heard about from friends, family or other contacts.
THE BUYER PROFILE SEARCH
My computers will help you find the best homes…before the competition! I enter in your specific criteria and my computers will check the Northwest Multiple Listing Service hourly, looking for new homes matching you needs. I can then give you the information by telephone, mail, fax or email.
LOOK AND COMPARE
Average Realtors: Taught to choose 7-8 homes, show you 5-6 and try to convince you to buy one of them.
My Preferred Buyer’s: I will tell you about ALL of the homes for sale meeting your specifications. You have the option of driving by them to make sure they’re as nice as they sound…you tell me which ones you would like to see.
The Bottom Line: I’ll show you as many homes as you would like to…until you find the one that is right for you.
Before making an offer on a home, I will gather all relevant sales and property information from the county records and the NWMLS computer. I will interpret this information with you to make sure that you are making a well informed buying decision.
I will help you think through and prepare your offer. I will then present your offer to the seller and/or seller’s agent, making sure that your offer is viewed as favorably as possible.
After the contract has been accepted, I will accompany you and a qualified inspector through the home. The inspector will provide you with an overview of the condition on all the major systems in the home. I will discuss the findings with you and assist you with any decision that may arise.
During the time that you are “under contract”, I will follow up on every detail with the lender, title company, escrow company, seller’s agent and others to make sure that your interests are protected. Computerized checklist are used to ensure all details are covered.
Prior to the closing of your purchase, I will review the figures and documents with you. I will be available to answer any questions you may have.
CLOSING & BEYOND
My services DO NOT end just because closing has taken place. Whether their is a problem immediately after closing or 5 years later, I will be at your assistance. My business is based on referrals and it is built one happy client at a time.
MY SERVICES ARE USUALLY FREE TO MY PREFERRED BUYERS!
I will usually receive a fee equaling 3% of the sales price from the seller at closing.
