Staging: Tony gave us clear pointers on how to get the house ready for the sale, and which staging actions had the biggest impact on raising buyers interest. The feedback was helpful and helped us get the house ready well in advance of the first open house and picture day.
Marketing: The pictures were great, and the aerial video really helped get a get overview of the house and its surroundings. The marketing page was well made, informative and showcased the home in a very positive way
Pricing and selling: We followed Tony’s advice, and he knows the market well. In the end we got well over the asking price, even exceeding our expectations. Market is hot, so we got quite a few offers despite house being on the market only relatively short time, again kudos to Tony understanding the market dynamics so well. The viewings and open houses were painless and easy too, and Tony was great in promoting the house to potential sellers and addressing all inquiries they may have had. Closing was easy too, and Tony explained all the needed paperwork and what happens after that.
Summary: Selling a house is quite a process, especially if you don’t do it frequently. Tony was great in guiding us through the process and explaining the steps. The house sold quickly and we got a great price for it, thanks to Tony’s knowledge and approach to the selling process. Thank you Tony, if we ever sell a house again we’ll be in touch.
