Tony and his team were a joy to work with during our home purchase. My wife and I had been frequenting open houses and when we found something we wanted to put an offer on we needed to find a realtor fast. Through a recommendation from a friend we found Tony and explained our situation. Him and his team were quick to jump on the ball by scheduling a private showing, providing advice on the market value, getting us a copy of the inspection, and quickly assisting us with getting a strong offer put together.
During negotiations Tony helped us come to an agreement with the seller which included a custom clause in the contract allowing the seller to accept our offer while keeping the purchase price below ask.
Once we were under contract, Tony and his team stayed on top of deadlines and made sure we were on top of everything. Furthermore, he helped us out on a personal level by checking in to make sure our experience with buying a home was easy and within our comfort level. We were content with the whole process, knowing we were in good hands.
Tony maintains a list of recommended businesses for all home related thing and this has really helped us out when looking for contractors to do work on our property. While we were under contract, Tony was even able to get us scheduled with an interior contractor to paint the home and replace the carpet before we moved in.
To this day, Tony remains in contact with us and checks in periodically.
