History
Redmond Derby Days, which is celebrating its 67th anniversary in 2007, is a summer tradition that came to life at the end of the Depression. It began as a drive to raise money for downtown holiday decorations and school athletic equipment. The Redmond Bicycle Derby was the outgrowth of a small town’s community spirit and is now the nation’s longest running bicycle race. As always, this year’s event will include activities for young and old. Mark your calendar and join the fun.
