CJ and her team helps facilitate the closing of our real estate transactions. CJ assures all parties to a transaction that no funds are delivered, and no documents are recorded until all conditions in the transaction have been met. Her team works closely with the title officer to clear liens and encumbrances against the property and record the documents with the county.
Home Inspector – Terry Clark
Terry is the owner of Clark Inspections and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He has been performing inspections since 2000. In addition to standard home inspections, Terry is licensed to perform pest inspections too. He encourages my clients to attend the inspection which normally takes about 3-4 hours. Terry also supplies a written report to my clients when he has completed his inspection.
