Bob has gathered a team under him including his wife Barabara Hernacki whose accounting background have been paramount to building the company, Dale Kaminski the sales manager, Christopher Cunningham repair manager, as well as full time production crews whose combined experience has completed thousands of reroofs. Our crews are not seasonal workers, they are full time employees with; medical benefits, vacation time, sick leave, and incentive pay.
