Tony, Wendi and Alise were a pleasure to work with and made the home-selling experience much less stressful, especially in these bizarre covid-19 times. When I imagined the time would come to sell my home of 17+ years, I never thought that I would have to consider the impact of a global pandemic at the same time! This made the process really stressful, but Tony was very optimistic throughout and made me feel like everything would work out. While I was a bit surprised at the price Tony suggested we list at, which was higher than I expected, I felt confident in his experience and knowledge of the English Hill market, so I agreed. In the end, this was absolutely the right strategy and I am so glad that Tony steered me in this direction. Tony and his team were always available to me when I had a question — and I had many. This really made me feel more comfortable with the whole process. In the end, I am so grateful for Tony’s advice and calm demeanor throughout the whole process. When we were reviewing our seven (!) offers, the process was a bit chaotic and overwhelming as people were adjusting their offers, so having Tony’s expertise was also invaluable there. I could not imagine having navigated all of that on my own, in the moment. And I will add that Tony was there for me, not only through the closing date, but also to the very end when the buyer took possession about 6 weeks later. Kudos to Tony and his team for providing a really superb end-to-end experience
