My father’s condo needed to be sold quickly. I hesitated reaching out to Tony out to due to the condition and relatively low value of the property. Any hesitation I felt was gone at our first meeting. I was treated as if I was selling a multi-million dollar property. Tony provided me with a wealth of information regarding comps and different options for pricing and improvements. He handled everything from start to finish: setting me up with a contractor to do the improvements he suggested, arranging and hiring the stagers, and the cleaning service. He also patiently guided me through completion of all paperwork and the entire process including working with the title company and the condo homeowners association to ensure we were in compliance with all regulations. We received a strong offer over asking in less than 12 hours on the market. When it comes time to sell my own home I will definitely be working with Tony again. I cannot imagine anyone one else could give me such personalized service in a professional, caring manner.
