We have used Tony Meier for two home purchases, and one home sale (and currently working with him on getting a second ready for market in the spring)! We initially reached out to him in 2013 as he had a strong presence in the neighborhood we were living in. He helped us get our first house sold with over ten offers and significantly over asking price. This allowed us to comfortably purchase our second home, which we enjoyed with our three kids for over 11 years. We reached out to him again this year looking for a home with a bit more space for teens to spread out and he helped us find our current home. Things we love about Tony - he's such a nice guy and we just really enjoy working with him. He really cares about his clients, which is evident in small efforts he puts in that have no direct benefit to him. He's very knowledgeable about the real estate market and will always give us his honest opinion, even if it's not going to be to his advantage (I recall him asking us "do you really want to sell this house and buy a new one? It's a great house!"). He's very responsive to texts, phone calls and emails and will always try to make time for us if we need his opinion about something, or want to take a look at a house. He stays on top of the real estate market helps us make informed decisions on our purchases and sales.
