Tony and his team made the entire home sale process seem calm and uncomplicated.  When we initially made contact with Tony to get his thoughts on what we might need to do to get ready, he came round right away to do a walk through.  He provided us with a market analysis and made several suggestions which we knew were based on his knowledge and wide experience.  We were anxious about how to get the work done on time, and how to find a contractor in the middle of the pandemic.  Tony was able to put us in contact with a contractor he uses, and she also responded quickly and got us on her schedule.  From the beginning, Tony was clear about what he thought our timeline should be, and set progress goals for us to keep us on track. In the meantime, he always made himself available to answer any of our questions or concerns, no matter how basic, with a common-sense approach which was calming and encouraging.  He also tightly managed the viewing schedule and bid review process that can become quite overwhelming.
