Tony, I think you were right on with how you did things. You were out to sell the house and do it as fast as you could. And you did it! Plus sold it for more than the asking price. You were always available to us when we had questions or needed something. I know I wasn't very excited about the whole thing in general, but that was because I didn't want to move. It was also hard for me because things happened so fast. But that is not a negative against you.
Tony helped us purchase our home 9 years ago. I wanted him to sell the house for us because I knew he was very professional, an excellent person to work with, and would get the job done! Our house sold within days of being on the market for above the asking price! It was unbelievable. Tony is a no-nonsense person, gets the job done, very comfortable to work with and listens to what you want and will accommodate you. If I ever buy a home again, Tony is my guy!
