My husband Michael and I felt it very important to let everyone know who might be thinking of listing their home or purchasing a new home our experience with Tony and Wendi Meier.

In the beginning, we explored the options of selling our home ourselves or using a discount broker. After researching what it would take to sell the home on our own we decided to meet with a few brokers, including a discount broker and Tony to compare. After meeting with Tony and Wendi we knew we had to list with them, Tony’s knowledge, negotiation skills and attentiveness far surpassed any of the other agents we met with.
When it came time to prepare the house for sale, Tony knew exactly what to have me improve and what wasn’t needed. He kept me from over thinking and over spending. Tony referred us to a contractor who did an awesome job and we knew we could trust!
We appreciate Tony and Wendi always being there when we needed advice or help. His team was consistently responsive throughout the entire process, from listing the home to the close of the sale. Any issues that came up were handled swiftly and with clear communication.
