Tony and his team were a joy to work with during our home purchase. My wife and I had been frequenting open houses and when we found something we wanted to put an offer on we needed to find a realtor fast. Through a recommendation from a friend we found Tony and explained our situation. During negotiations Tony helped us come to an agreement with the seller which included a custom clause in the contract allowing the seller to accept our offer while keeping the purchase price below ask. Once we were under contract, Tony and his team stayed on top of deadlines and made sure we were on top of everything. Furthermore, he helped us out on a personal level by checking in to make sure our experience with buying a home was easy and within our comfort level. While we were under contract, Tony was even able to get us scheduled with an interior contractor to paint the home and replace the carpet before we moved in.
