Halloween lands on Saturday this year, and the biggest Eastside gathering is the
Kirkland Catrina Walk at Marina Park on Saturday, October 31st, from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., free, with Catrinas, live music, cultural performances, vendors, and a procession through downtown Kirkland. Friday night, downtown Bothell runs
Trick or Treat on Main Street from 5 to 7 p.m. with more than 30 candy stops, Redmond City Hall hosts Trunk or Treat from 5 to 7:30 p.m., and the Northwest Arts Center in Bellevue throws its Monster Mash Halloween Bash from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday also brings Howl-O-Ween at Cougar Mountain Zoo in Issaquah, the Halloween Harvest Market at the Bellevue Farmers Market, trick or treating at Redmond Town Center from 4 to 6 p.m., and the final Redmond Saturday Market of the season.
Remlinger Farms in Carnation closes its Fall Harvest Festival for the year on Sunday, and Sunday afternoon brings flamenco to Kirkland Performance Center at 3 p.m. In Seattle, the Festál Día de Muertos Festival fills the Seattle Center Armory both Saturday and Sunday for free, Woodland Park Zoo holds Pumpkin Bash on Halloween morning, Gorillaz play Climate Pledge Arena Saturday night, and Seattle Reign FC closes the regular season at Lumen Field on Sunday at 2 p.m. There is no Seahawks game this weekend; Seattle hosts Chicago on Monday night. In Snohomish County, Disney On Ice skates at Angel of the Winds Arena all three days, the Snohomish farms run their last nights of Great Harvest Glow and the haunted trails, Mill Creek and Lake Stevens hold Halloween street events, and Lynnwood celebrates Día de los Muertos on Sunday.
Eastside first, then Seattle, then Snohomish County. Every date, time, and price below was checked against the organizer's own page on October 29th. Details can change, so confirm before you go.

Kirkland Catrina Walk
Mundo Catrina brings its Día de Muertos celebration to Marina Park on Halloween itself, running from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Expect elaborately dressed Catrinas, live music, cultural performances, vendors, and a Catrina Walk through downtown Kirkland. The organizer page does not post a start time for the walk, so plan to be there by late afternoon if the procession is what you want to see. Downtown Kirkland parking fills quickly on a Saturday; the downtown garages are the best bet, and the walk from Peter Kirk Park takes about ten minutes.
Trick or Treat on Main Street, Bothell
Bothell moved its downtown trick or treat to Friday, October 30th, this year, 5 to 7 p.m., with more than 30 candy stops run by Main Street businesses and city departments. Bring your own bag. Park at the City Hall garage, on the street, or in the gravel lot at Park at Bothell Landing. One important note from the city: southbound I-405 through Bothell is closed from October 30th through November 2nd for WSDOT work, so plan extra travel time and consider Bothell Way or 522 instead.
Remlinger Farms, final weekend
The Fall Harvest Festival in Carnation closes for the season on Sunday, November 1st. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with last admission at 5 p.m., and the final weekend is billed as Halloween weekend with a costume contest. Admission is $33.95 online or $34.95 at the gate for ages 2 to 64; pony rides, the zip line, gem mining, and apple cannons cost extra. Buy online to skip the gate line. From Redmond it is about 30 minutes east on Highway 202.

The Everett Silvertips are away all weekend (at Swift Current Friday, at Moose Jaw Saturday), and the Everett Farmers Market closed for the season on October 25th.
Here's What I Suggest
Saturday route: Start at the Redmond Saturday Market on Willows Road at 9 a.m. for the last market of the year, then head to Cougar Mountain Zoo in Issaquah for Howl-O-Ween before the midday crowd (costumes get ages 2 to 12 in free). Swing back through Bellevue for the Halloween Harvest Market at the farmers market before it closes at 3 p.m., then park once in downtown Kirkland and spend the late afternoon and evening at the Catrina Walk at Marina Park, which runs until 8:30 p.m. If trick or treating is the priority, Redmond Town Center runs 4 to 6 p.m. and is an easy stop on the way to Kirkland.
Seattle plan: Saturday at Seattle Center covers the most ground: the free Festál Día de Muertos Festival in the Armory from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Salome's closing night at McCaw Hall at 7:30 p.m. or Gorillaz at Climate Pledge Arena at the same hour, and MoPOP's Halloween Bash from 8 p.m. for the late crowd. Parking near Seattle Center will be tight all evening, so take Link to Westlake and the Monorail. Sunday, Reign FC's 2 p.m. Decision Day match at Lumen Field is the only pro home game of the weekend and SoDo traffic will be far lighter than a Seahawks Sunday.
Open house tie in: Sunday is the quiet day on the Eastside this weekend, and the drive from Kirkland out to Remlinger Farms in Carnation passes through Redmond, English Hill, and the Sammamish Valley, which is a good window to see the neighborhoods you are curious about before the holiday season. Tony Meier & Team can walk you through what is on the market in those neighborhoods and what a specific home should sell for right now. Call or text 425-466-1000 or visit

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Kirkland Catrina Walk free?
Yes. The Marina Park celebration is free from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 31st, with performances, vendors, and the Catrina Walk through downtown. The organizer page does not post a start time for the walk itself, so check explorekirkland.com or the Mundo Catrina social pages the day of. Downtown Kirkland parking will be tight; the downtown garages are the best bet.
Are the Seahawks playing this weekend?
No. Seattle's next game is Monday, November 2nd, at home against the Chicago Bears, 5:15 p.m. on ESPN. The Kraken are at Calgary Friday, the Huskies are at Nebraska Saturday at 5 p.m., the Sounders are at Vancouver Saturday in a regular season match, and the Everett Silvertips are in Saskatchewan. The only pro home match is Seattle Reign FC against Orlando Pride on Sunday at 2 p.m. at Lumen Field.
Where can I trick or treat on the Eastside this weekend?
Friday, October 30th: Trick or Treat on Main Street in downtown Bothell, 5 to 7 p.m.; Trunk or Treat at Redmond City Hall, 5 to 7:30 p.m.; and the Monster Mash Halloween Bash at the Northwest Arts Center in Bellevue, 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday, October 31st: Redmond Town Center, 4 to 6 p.m.; the Halloween Harvest Market at the Bellevue Farmers Market, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Howl-O-Ween at Cougar Mountain Zoo all day. Bellevue Square states on its Falloween page that there is no trick or treating at the mall on October 31st.
Is this the last weekend for the pumpkin farms?
Yes. Remlinger Farms in Carnation closes for the season on Sunday, November 1st. In Snohomish, Craven Farm's last day is also November 1st, Swans Trail Farms runs its final Great Harvest Glow nights on Friday and Saturday, and Stalker Farms and Thomas Family Farm run their haunted attractions through Sunday. The Redmond Saturday Market also holds its last market of 2026 on October 31st; the Bellevue Farmers Market has one more fall date on November 21st.
What about the I-405 closure in Bothell?
The City of Bothell notes that southbound I-405 through Bothell is closed from October 30th through November 2nd for WSDOT work. If you are heading to Trick or Treat on Main Street on Friday or anywhere north on Saturday, use Bothell Way (SR 522) or surface streets and allow extra time.
