He generously shared his rolodex of resources for carpeting, handymen, plumbers, roofers, and movers Each recommendation was quick to respond and professional. His advice was also invaluable for how to stage our home to put its best foot forward. The photos and text posted on the Website showed the house to its best advantage and emphasized its selling points. When we saw that our house wasn’t going to sell immediately, Tony was encouraging and his advice was realistic and proved true. We’re very appreciative of his negotiating skills and his ability to get us a favorable price. He guided us through every step of the closing, again, giving us excellent advice.
