The thing that I appreciated the most is that I had the feeling that you were really working for me! You listened to what I wanted and tried to get the best deal for me and did not try to convince me otherwise.
In my past experiences I had the feeling that the realtor wanted to make sure that there would be a sale regardless if I was happy with the deal or not. The fact that you were working very closely with my Lender was also a positive experience for me. I did not have to play as the middleman trying to keep you both informed of the process.
