It was great experience working with Tony to sell our house. Tony impressed us from our first meeting with a comprehensive presentation of his experience in real estate as well as his analysis of market data and his first hand data selling/buying homes. His sensitivity of market trend turned our home from no showing in first few days of listing to multi offers in a week, his negotiation improved those offers to be surprisingly good, and his risk/return analysis helped us taking the strongest and safest offer that closed on time, which is critical for my family when we are moving out of state before close. I'd say the whole process is not super smooth (given the market situation) but Tony helped us along the way and got the best result out of each step, which is something only super experienced real estate agent like Tony can do so well. We highly recommend Tony if you are considering selling your home, and we believe you will be impressed by the outcome too.
