At all stages, you had a very special suggestions that helped us e.g. Transferring the utilities even before the closure, Getting the wire transfer done on priority, Never believing in Bank processes till they actually happen (Bank people initially said that they would close comfortably in advance but in reality closed just on time), Getting a concrete patio done to save future hassle, Getting Skylights done etc.
By the way, if I will need a seller's agent in future I will surely go to Tony & team for such smart suggestions.
