After 28 years in the English Hill neighborhood, raising 3 children to have families of their own and achieving retirement; Kim & I realized we needed to move close to our 6 grandchildren on the east coast.  There is no doubt in our minds that Tony Meier and his team were instrumental in helping us to realize that dream by selling our home.  From his first walk through with suggestions of how to best present our home until the final signatures on a full price offer after only 6 days on the market; he guided us at every step.  No realtor knows this area like Tony or personally cares as much for his neighbors.  Having not sold a home since 1991 we had many questions.  He presented a complete market analysis & supported us all along the journey with immediate response texts, visits and excellent referrals.  His philosophy of giving the seller a thorough home inspection to give assurance to potential buyers really directed our home preparation and resulted in very few corrective requests.  He had many suggestions of craftsmen and home service providers so that we could get the house completely ready in little more than 4 weeks.  Tony created such an amazing ‘fly through’ video of our home that we almost didn’t recognize it.  Finally, the two-day open house was all that was needed and now a new family will grow up in a home and neighborhood filled with love.  Tony is a gifted communicator, respects your time and gives everything to support his clients who ultimately become his friends.  In fact, when we bought our new home, Tony helped us through questions on buying in NC.  To top it all off, we have come to be friends with our home’s new owners and marvel at the way our neighborhood is beginning again where we started so long ago.  Thanks Tony!  You’ve got friends in NC!
