We happened to find Tony randomly through an open house. We liked his honesty and straight forward manner. He let us contact him. When we did decide to proceed, he came to our house and walked us through what we needed to do for our house. This was a very emotional process for my wife and I and he guided us through the process without being emotionally involved.
He followed through, helped us make an offer an got our new house and old house sold within 6 weeks. After the sale was complete there were some issues that the seller told us they had fixed, which turned out not to be true.
Tony has gone above and beyond what I could expect with this process. Especially since both parties have already been paid and he had no stake in the matter.
